I'm a group fitness instructor who LOVES my job! Working with all fitness levels & ages, its so rewarding to help people reach their fitness goals. My theory is that if you have FUN exercising, you will keep doing it. Zumba is my favorite form of cardio because it does just that. Come try a class with me....you will be hooked!
