"Classes are fantastic! The choreography is so much fun. I feel like I get a phenomenal workout every time! The music is up beat and Dale is easy to follow. I feel like I have improved 100% since starting. It is a great class and he is a great instructor. He takes our input and requests and tailors his routines to fit what we need. "
