I am a fun chic who is full of life! I have a history of dance and cheerleading. After spending years trying to find a fitness plan that I could stick to and found I was getting nowhere I was fed up and frustrated. Usually because it was boring and because I never saw results! I was introduced to Zumba in January 2010 and have been a part of the fun ever since. With the encouragement of my friends and fellow party-goers I am now an instructor.
