I've been an RN for 19 years.I love that I can help people feel better in many different ways. The Zumba fitness program offers something for everyone.I LOVE IT!!! You don't have to be an avid dancer or an exercise enthusiast just someone who is motivated to be fit. Zumba is a dance party with fitness infused. My classes are relaxed & My goal is to help you fulfill your fitness goals while enjoying every minute your in my class.....I want to INSPIRE, MOTIVATE AND INVIGORATE you!
