I have lived on Folly Beach for about 2 1/2 years now and absolutely love it - the town, the people, and especially THE BEACH. Same goes for Zumba. I love everything about the 'fitness party' - how it is so much fun, but still you get an amazing and challenging workout. It's important to have fun working out, crucial, really to sticking with a routine. Now others can share in my joy of dancing as well.
