Ronda Jyoti Litwin teaches yoga classes that are fun, challenging, and relaxing. She incorporates positive, tranquil, and modern music into a yoga flow that empowers the breath, strengthens the body, and focuses the mind. She is a certified Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher with the international yoga organization, Yoga Alliance. She completed her 500 hours of rigorous yoga training under the guidance of Sheri Cherokee and Tej Monga at Namah Shivaya Yoga Training in Dallas, TX. She has also complemented her yoga training with a variety of spiritual practices learned at the Center for Spiritual Living in Dallas.
Ronda’s yoga journey began at the age of 17 while completing her senior thesis in high school on yoga. Despite her immediate love for yoga, it took a backseat to training to become a two-time NCAA All-American in the 800 meters and 4x400 meter relay at Claremont McKenna College, where she also studied Government. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, she attended Florida State University College of Law, and went on to become a Florida- and Texas- licensed attorney.
In 2007, Ronda came to her senses by moving to Dallas and returning to the practice of yoga to recover from track injuries and relieve stress while working as an attorney. After a few years of practicing yoga, she couldn’t get enough of it. It gave her life balance and opened her up to more joy and vitality. From there, it was a natural transition to share yoga with others.
