I started running and participating in triatlons four years ago. Going to the gym just wasn't enough. An underactive thyroid put me out of commission for a little while, but I am back and now want to help other women meet their health goals.

"Holly is amazing! Not only does she know what work-outs are most beneficial to you but she makes you have fun doing them! I am not a person who enjoys working out and always feel self-concious when I am trying something new but Holly always makes me feel comfortable and secure. She not only instructs, she listens to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!"

"Holly Malone's boot camp and personal training is beyond what I expected. She gives such wonderful exercise instructions, and let's you catch your breath - not overdoing it. Then she starts up again. It is fun, it is exhilerating and you KNOW YOU ARE GETTING THAT BODY RIGHT! You could tell Holly Malone loves what she is doing when she instructs her exercise program. She gets a person to love to exercise. Can't wait for her next class, again!"

"I started working out about three weeks ago and honestly did not think that I would've lasted this long. I've tried working out in the past but always gave up after a week or so because I expected results right away. I will admit that the first two weeks were a challenge because my knee was hurting and also because I was doing workouts that I thought I couldn't do. Holly is amazing; she explains everything and will let you know if you're not doing the workout correctly. We are on week three and I'm able to get through the hour long workouts and boot camp classes without being extremely out of breath and my knee not giving out. I look forward to many more classes and workouts with Holly! "

"My sister and I decided that this year we would lose weight and feel healthier. We joined the New York Recreation Center which offers classes and gyms in all of the five boroughs. On our second foray out in search of a strength training class we met Holly Malone. I must begin by telling you that Holly is an amazing trainer. Trust me this is not hyperbole. On our first session we did some light weight training accompanied by some friendly conversation during she gauged our individual strengths. Our second session began with our being measured. Afterwards we were told that we be measured again within a month's time to see how many inches we have lost. What I find very encouraging about Holly is that I will be struggling through a third set as my muscles shake and she will come behind me and gently say "you've got this". She then stays with you until you complete the set. Holly has a style that is encouraging and personable without being pushy. She will patiently show you how an exercise needs to be done and stay until you perfect the move. If you find that you cannot do it she will find another alternative to help you work that same muscle. It is because of this that I keep going back and feel excited about learning new ways to challenge myself. I have already seen a small change in my body and I have tons of energy. Holly Malone is a professional, patient, inventive and personable trainer. She is amazing and upon meeting others who have trained with her I find that I am not the only one who feels this way. "
