Wendy is a 200 ERYT registered Yoga Alliance teacher. Wendy began studying yoga in 1983 under some of America's Leading Yoga instructors like Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste, David Swenson, and Erich Schiffmann just to name a few, she continued her training using Pattabhi Jois' teachings in Ashtanga, Hatha yoga and Meditation. BKS Iyengar's techniques for healing and proper breathing inspired Wendy to begin working with Special Needs clients to assist in rehabilitating from injuries and surgery.

"If you are serious about losing weight or just getting into shape you need to give Wendy-Fit a try. I lost 60 pounds in about 6 months and I have kept the weight off for over 4 years. If you think you are too old to get back into shape; think again! I am in my late 50's and I am stronger and more flexible than a lot of 20 year olds. Wendy offers all types of yoga and pilates classes for all levels and abilities. If you feel you are too out of shape to join a class, do what I did, start off with some one-on-one personal training with Wendy. Forget joining a gym.
