Linda Hatch-Lester

I am a graduate of an accredited school for Massage Therapy and have been in professional practice for over 15 years. I have worked with folks from all walks of life. Each person's body tells its own story. Some stories call for relaxation and stress relief, while others may have chronic conditions and are seeking relief from attending discomfort or pain. My role, as practitioner -listening to the story and responding to the need, using the diverse tools and skills that I have developed both academically and through experience. In this way, each session is designed to meet the needs of the client and involves a range of professional therapeutic modalities. Though, Massage Therapy cannot promise a cure or diagnose a medical condition - Research has demonstrated, it helps to provide relief for many conditions and can benefit the over all health of the individual.
