Bill understands that techoose from ranging from one to four sessions per month with online coaching via Training Peaks software.nique is often one of the most overlooked factor in regards to endurance athletes and that sometimes the simplest solutions are usually the most effective. Once an athlete has been taught the proper bio-mechanics of their chosen sport, or in the case of triathlons, sports, and they have perfected it, they can move on to more intense performance based training. Bill also believes that a solid strength and conditioning program is the foundation for all athletes regardless of their sport because the stronger athlete will always win.
About Bill, the Athlete and the Coach, he is always on a quest for knowledge and looking to improve on his own training methods. He began as a competitive cyclist in 1995 and used his strength in that sport to carry over into triathlons not only competing but also becoming a Triathlon Coach with USA Triathlon, a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a RKC Certified Kettlebell Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
