I'm an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, Personal Trainer, Zumba Fitness Instructor, Life Coach & a Crohn's Disease Patient Survivor. I began serious weight & strength training in 1992, began competing as a bodybuilder in 1993 earning my way to IFBB Professional Status in 2001 at the NPC Nationals Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships by winning the Middleweight Class. Due to personal life issues I did not make my Professional Pro Debut until 2006. From that point on I was trying to revive my bodybuilding career...making my way back to the top until I got knocked back down due to suffering from Crohn's Disease. 2008 was the last time I competed and have since then been battling this disease being diagnosed in 2009 then almost dying I was admitted into the hospital needing emergency surgery to remove part of my colon. April 2010 my crohn's finally began to go into remission and now I'm on my road to recovery and making a come back in the field of health & fitness and hope to return to the stage in 2012.
