"I am currently a professional pole vaulter but Tom used to be my trainer when I used to do mixed martial arts. I have to write this review because he deserves some credit for all the knowledge this guy has about his craft. He worked with me with my wrestling, stand up, jiu jitzu, and my striking. If if wasnt for professional track it would be fighting for sure, and Tom would be my trainer. Thanks again buddy."

"I have trained on and off with Thomas Vo for a few years now. I have personally been trained by him, as well as been there while he was training others and I have been able to see how great he is.
He is extremely knowledgeable in a wide variety of workouts as well as martial art styles. I myself am a 3rd degree blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do and a blue belt in a mixed style made by another studio of Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, and Kickboxing. I have been involved with Martial Arts since I was about 8 years old, and I am a huge fan of many different styles. So when I met up with Thomas Vo and had him show me what he had, I was amazed. He was showing me workouts that I felt more then I ever have before, as well technique that most trainers never even heard of.
I think the best part of Thomas isn't his knowledge, but his skills as a trainer. He pushed me hard, making me sweat and not letting me stop until he knew I was really done. It was exactly what I needed to better myself. I really enjoyed it, but I didn't believe that it would work with other people, so I watched him train a few other people. He was a completely different trainer with them. He pushed them, but he would talk to them and allowed them to understand what they were doing. By the time they were done, they were exhausted but very happy, and they knew exactly what they had done.
I believe in Thomas Vo as a trainer, and I highly recommend him."

"Ive been practicing Martial Arts since the age of 5. To me Martial Arts is self expression in a combative form and no one helped me more to achieve this than Thomas Vo.
Weather you're an beginner, amatuer or advanced Tom can adjust to your pace and teach you the proper technique that includes proper timing, effeciency and feel for your art. weather that art is Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Karate or Mixed Martial Arts.

"Tom is a friendly and organized trainer with knowledge in many types of fitness training. I had been out of practice for a few years and I wanted to get back into shape, so Tom created a workout program to accommodate my strengths and weaknesses. He's very motivating, encouraging, and patient - qualities that erased my uncertainties about getting back into training. He's educational and flexible when it comes to customizing a program.
