I am a traceur (some one who does parkour) from Freedom PK (a brand new team for traceurs and free-runners based out of Sacramento, CA) and I have been training for 11 years. We are not all professionals here at Freedom PK (some of our teachers are), however we have been at this for quite some time. We know the technique and we have the skill and patience to teach anyone of nearly any age.
