Houston Stout

I'm a very motivated and motivating mixed martial artist, love to train and workout and try to make it as enjoyable as i can for everyone else with me. I believe that im only as good as the people i train with, so it behooves me to encourage and help those around me achieve their goals,so they in turn can help me achieve mine. I believe in honor and respect in and out of the gym. I also believe that my body and mind are my weapons, and i treat them as such. I teach that a martial artist should be drug and alcohol free(after all you woudnt take a precision weapon and throw it in the mud).
