"For anybody looking for Parkour Instruction, Richard will hook you up! I started out with a basic idea of what Parkour is, but Richard showed me what Parkour really is, and taught me how to condition my body and mind. We stretched out, did a brief workout, then he taught me some of the fundamental vaults and the PK Roll. Cant wait for the next class. Looking forward to next time Richard.
