Jenay, RYT500, owner and teacher at Lake Tahoe Yoga/Svadhyaya Yoga Studio has been practicing since 2000 and teaching since 2005. Her teaching style is in the Raja-Hatha tradition but she incorporates a variety of approaches including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin and more.
