Originally from the midwest, I graduated from the Univ of Notre Dame with a B.S. in chem engineering, followed by 4 yrs in the Navy, and 10+ yrs as a surgical sales rep. I completed my holistic health and nutrition training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I hold additional certifications as a Dr. Sears LEAN and Prime-Time-Health coach. My husband and I have made Hawaii home, where we are nurturing our 3 yr old son and 1-1/2 yr old daughter. We love family adventures outdoors - the beach, a hike, camping, or simply hitting a ball in the driveway.
