Samantha is a former professional Ballet dancer who had extensive training at such prestigious schools as The National Ballet School of Canada and The School of American Ballet.

Samantha suffered many chronic injuries and turned to Pilates for it's therapeutic benefits.She completed her Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2005.

Samantha's teaching style incorporates stretching and strengthening,fluidity and attention to the mind-body continuum.

Samantha offers private Ballet coaching,and Pilates group,(privates & duets)training in Mat Pilates & Equipment Pilates.
