I have over 10 years experience in the beauty industry. My career started with graduating from the Aveda Institute in Milwaukee. I worked and lived in Milwaukee for a few years before I moved to Middleton in 2005, and began my journey at Headlines Salon. Being there for 7 years, and working with Aveda, I was the trend release haircutting coach, and a certified hair color master. I focus on continuing education to keep myself and my clients on the ever-changing beauty trends of the world. I combine technical skills, creativity, and professionalism to provide my guests with a wonderful experience and service they deserve.

    "Tia was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional, quick, and very friendly stylist. When I first sat down, Tia turned me around, gave me a mirror, and explained what she felt was the best option for my haircut. Most importantly, she asked me if I was comfortable with her plan before she started anything. After the initial look at my hair was complete, the shampoo and cut took only about 20 minutes (and I have a lot of hair). I was so impressed when she said she was done! My previous salon experiences have always been long and somewhat tedious. My former stylist was an owner of the salon, so I always had a number of different people working with me on any one haircut. Also, because I was technically scheduled with the owner, the price was high, even though I never spent the whole time with my actual stylist. I should also mention that I had been going to my previous salon for almost 10 years. I'm an extremely loyal hair customer, and after one cut, I have already made the switch to Tia. Again, I highly recommend her for value, service, and technique. What a great experience!"
