I was significantly overweight and sedentary for more than 20 years. I know what it's like to feel intimidated and self conscious about going to an exercise class, but I also know that exercise is essential to good health and maintaining an active lifestyle.
I was thrilled to discover Zumba. Finally, there was a way to enjoy the music I love and burn some serious calories at the same time.
