I am Sheldon. I have a undergraduate degree (BA Accounting) from Tsinghua University, the MIT equivalent in US. With several years of tutoring experience in different subjects such as algebra, algebra,geometry, precalculus, GMAT, SAT, accounting and etc, I have been pretty good at diagnosing the students and helping them efficiently. My best skills are in math and accounting. I succeeded in helping students who are in desperate need of help in math to make progress. One of my students improved from F to A- in algebra 2 in two months. I teach them to understand instead of following the steps, which is the most important reason I think why they cannot improve.
Regarding accounting, I have passed 4 of 6 of AICPA Australia and working on the fifth one. I have also completed all the basic and advanced accounting courses, including financial and managerial accounting and have a number of students.
I got 770/800 in GMAT (51/51 in math and 44/51 in verbal) .
