    " Shelby came into my life at just the right time, she was like a little angle dropped down from heaven. I was diagnosed with a joint disorder that was making it difficult to work out without lingering pain for days afterwards. Shelby designed a specific workout to meet my needs. The biggest lesson that she taught me was to "just work out for 20 minutes a day". Being the over acheiver that I am, I thougt that was impossible.
