"Sean has been wonderful in my rehab from knee replacement. He also helped me loose 20 pounds which has been not only great for my knee but also for my energy (and for my clothes fitting!). He's very organized and motivated. He reminds me about upcoming appointments so I won't forget. He continues to make my workouts new and exciting. His positive attitude makes the workout process enjoyable. Occasionally, I get sore from a new exercise Sean will introduce. In the next session we review if I have had swelling or whether the soreness has lasted and the type of soreness (muscle or joint). Sean then modifies with other exercises to make sure there are no injuries but I still get an aerobic exercise. He realizes each workout is unique to each person and their injuries. "
