RYAN P. CASEY, a YoungArts scholarship recipient, is currently an undergraduate student at New York University. Inspired by Savion Glover’s appearances on "Sesame Street," he began studying tap and jazz at the age of 5 at The Dance Inn in Lexington, Massachusetts. He spent 7 seasons with the Legacy Dance Company, under the direction of Thelma Goldberg, and served as Dance Captain of Aaron Tolson's New England Tap Ensemble. He is currently a member of Michelle Dorrance's company, DORRANCE DANCE and teaches and performs as a soloist throughout the country. www.ryanpcasey.com
