  "Justinia has been helping me train for the past 3 years. She encouraged me to run my first half-marathon, helped me shave 10 minutes off of my time for the next half, and took me step-by-step through the process of running my first full marathon. As a short distance runner my whole life, I needed someone as kind but motivated as Justinia to ease me into the process. No question I had was too stupid or too trite - she really has heard everything and knows everything about running! She is the perfect running partner; she ran a track club and was able to keep all of the members at the same pace (an impossible feat). Several of her track club members went on to become serious runners (including myself). I would HIGHLY recommend her!"
