Ruben Garcia began his Capoeira training while deployed in Iraq in 2004. It was there that he had an opportunity to combine 2 things that he loved the most. Martial arts and music. Since then he has performed in numerous productions and events around the San Diego area. Some events included the annual Nations of San Diego, Brazilian Day Festival, and countless other Parades/ festivals held throughout the San Diego and Los Angeles County.
