I have been a practitioner and enthusiast of the martial arts my whole life. I have also studied the many philosophies and theologies that are the backbone of those arts. as I immersed myself in the rich culture, history, and mythology of each martial style, I decided something. I discovered that while each has its individual flares and tastes, they all sing the same thing: "it's up to you." and when I heard this I knew I could make each one sing. This is the heart of the way I train my students
