"Rachael is awesome! What more can I say? Well here it goes! I was way too high on the weight scale if you know what I mean. My aunt gave me a choice to get in shape and I took it after a lot of thinking and motivation on my part. Next thing I know I was signed up with Rachael for her course, "Train 2 Win", it also came with a meal plan for each day of the week provided by Deena Fisk called, "Thyme to Train." The first three weeks were a nightmare... yes I won't hesitate to say it. I mean going from your regular daily routine and eating routine is a lot. I stuck my own and came out on top! I lost roughly 13 pounds in just a couple months. I can't thank Rachael and Deena enough. You will get pushed to give your all and your all will pay off. Rachael, Deena, thank you. If you care to know I've taken up bike riding now. It's casual, but I still manage to snip at those pounds. "
