"Mr. Delapaz was prompt, professional, and very attentive to the needs of the group. My womens group had a weekend event in Midtown Atlanta, and Mr. Delapaz came to teach a group of women who had no concept of cooking how to cook. He showed them how to cook a full course meal and also offered tips on purchasing items at a more reasonable cost. The kitchen was much smaller than we all anticipated and Mr. Delapaz made due with using 2 seperate rooms and when I tell you he worked between the 2 rooms with grace and did not miss a step. I was truly impressed. His attire was clean and crisp and I will be using him often. Thanks so much for all that you did Mr. Delapaz. The ladies took their left over chickens home and was excited to show their families was they learned from you."
