Kathy is a graduate of the Conservatory of Music and Dance Department at U.M.K.C. and has taught Pilates mat and equipment classes since 2000. Kathy is trained in mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrel. Kathy has seen numerous clients experience profound changes by rediscovering the natural alignment of the body. Joint problems, back pain, osteoarthritis, scoliosis, or just the aches and pains of aging can be transformed through the strengthening and flexibility work of Pilates.
