    "I've known Pete for quite some time as a friend and through watching him transform his body and help others I knew he could do wonders for me as well. The number one thing about Pete and his gift of nutrition counseling and training is that he is very approachable and makes everyone extremely comfortable. My biggest fear was having a trainer that is in optimal shape such as Pete, judging me...and I can assure you I NEVER felt that with Pete. He was motivating and supportive and always pushed me because he knew I could do it. He believed in me and transferred that belief into how I felt about myself. His nutrition couseling along with the spreadsheet he gave me to track my meals, snacks, water consumption and work outs kept me on track and kept me motivated. No one wants to really face what they are ingesting or how little they are working out. Further, we had weigh in's every Friday morning, so needless to say I NEVER wanted my weight to have increased, so I didn't slack. We also devised a plan to have me switch what protein I chose weekly to see how my body reacted and what foods allowed me to feel my best, most energized and ready to perform at my peak.     "I am a 67 year old male living in northern California. Years of working long hours and business dinners resulted in my waist growing to 44 inches and my weight ballooning to a high of 260 pounds.
