"I must say after being a little skeptical about seeking the assistance of a bowling coach I am truly impressed with how productive my session was with Paul. After video taping me, discussing good mechanics and reviewing tapes of professional bowlers, I was amazed at some of the things I did not realize I was doing. The best part was that his recommended adjustments were not hard to do after a few frames of practice. Paul suggested I change from a 5-step to a 4-step approach which made such a positive difference in my delivery. My session with Paul took place the morning of 3-16-12 and I bowled that same night in my Friday night league. All I'll say is my teammates were impressed!!..Thanks Paul"

"i have worked with others for years and was very impressed with Paul. While listening to procedures and reasoning, looking at videos and common sense, we begin to work towards getting correct and also HOW to practice. Not sure how long it will take but i am eager on trying and also my next lesson. Thanks Paul Darryl"

"After a fellow teammate returned from a coaching session with Paul, the results were immdeiately evident. With a higher average and more pick-ups in the spares department, I dediced needed to see what could be done to better my game. Paul is the consumate instructor. He is patient and knows how to get in your head so you understand not just what he is saying but the CONCEPT behind it. The whole time I was being coached, I never let on to Paul that too am an instructor. I just happen to teach skydiving. If anyone can understand the value of good teaching, it's me. For that reason, I HIGHLY recommend Paul for his coaching, communication and instructional skills, not to mention is follow-up e-mails. This is one instructor that has no problem calling Paul Hammet "COACH"."

"Paul gives information that's really helpful that will put you on your game. More important to me Paul takes his time with you ,its not a rush job meaning he enjoys teaching not about the money. It's well worth it."

"Paul helped my bowling game immensely. And, consequently, I'm enjoying bowling a lot more. Since Paul's lessons & encouraging me to buy a new ball, my game is in the process of going up by 50 points. One of my favorite things I've gained since Paul's lessons...I can now analyze what is going wrong & I now have ways to correct the problems. Brenda Price "

"My grandson had his first lesson with Paul a few weeks ago. Paul changed his approach from a 3 step to a 5 step along with other small changes. Quintin carries a 186 average normally. He bowled in his first tournament since working with Paul and he rolled a scratch 1291 over 6 games, which is a 215 average. His average in league has went up also. We are looking forward to his next lesson. Paul was able to connect with him in a way that he listened, understood and applied what was taught. GREAT JOB."

  • Jackie D. April 30, 2012

"I truly enjoyed my lesson with Mr. Hammett. This was my first bowling lesson and I was amazed with his patience and thoroughness in his instructions. Mr. Hammett is a very personable individual and I appreciated the help he gave since I am not a frequent bowler. I learned many things about the techniques of bowling during my lesson. I would highly recommend lessons from Mr. Hammett if you are a beginner or experienced bowler. I will be taking another lesson from him after I have time to practice. "

"I had my first lesson with Paul on Friday and I must say he is one of the best teachers/instructors I know. Paul was very patient with me and quickly recognized the bad habits I'd picked up in my years of bowling. In an hour, he improved my game dramatically and taught me so much along the way. I've been bowling for over 10 years and never have I left a "house" with so much confidence and understanding of the game and how my ball works. I feel so ready to bowl in my upcoming league. I would recommend him to anyone who is ready to take their bowling to the next level and improve their game. He is truly and expert in the field of bowling and is willing to share what he knows to help you become a better bowler. I can't wait for my next session!!"

"I’ve been back at bowling now for six months, and it has been fifth-one years since the last time I picked up a bowling ball. Paul Hammett reintroduced me to bowling, and it has enriched my life. Paul had me too bowl a few balls to warm up and he videoed my three step approach, starting with my left foot. He had me to change to a four step approach starting with my right foot. As they say the rest is history. I am happy with my progress, and I owe it all to Paul Hammett. He has the ability to pull that hidden bowler that is hiding inside most of us, thereby enabling us to develop our own capacity to bowl better regardless of the lane condition."

"This was my first bowling lesson and I was amazed with Paul's thoroughness with his instruction. Paul had me bowl a few balls to warm up as he videoed my three step approach which I starts with my left foot. He had me to change to a four step approach starting with my right foot and my approach and body alignment improved significantly. More importantly, Paul takes his time to ensure you understand the information he giving. I highly recommend Paul, he is an excellent teacher/coach and I am looking forward to my next lesson. "

"I had been bowling for about 7 years when I decided to take a year and a half layoff. When i returned I found myself struggling to keep up with todays modified game. I went to Paul and appreciated that he didnt try to change my game but added the necessary things that were needed. He immediatly unvailed my timing issues and some old techniques that I can do away with. He was very informative and easy to understand. I havent been this anxious about bowling in awhile. Thanks Paul!"

"Paul is most definitely the number one coach available in our area for a bowler of any entity. From beginners to more advanced rollers, you would take full delight and not think twice to not see Paul for any further bowling assistance. He's that great. Really knows his info - keeps everything fundamentally sound and easy to pick up on. He can help newer ones implement the right techiniques needed to form good habits and transition out of some poor ones. He's known for being able to fine tune anyone's current game for them to finally be able to reach their desired average, or even help those take the needed steps to obtain whichever bowling goal they desire. Paul really is a go-to guy, and am so glad I just had my first session with him. He's really available and helpful even after your sessions, and recommend him to anyone whos seeking to find anything bowling related."

"Paul meticulousy evaluated my bowling technique. He pointed out critical mistakes that I am making, but also revealed what I am doing well enough to continue and enhance. I appreciate his dedication to the art of bowling and his patience in teaching it. "

  • Bobby F. September 4

"Completed a session with Paul yesterday. I found the lesson very helpful and his critique "on point" in determining my short comings. All the things I needed to take my game to the next level. He took his time, explained himself clearly and was honest in his assessment. I left with a game plan and things to work and concentrate on. Totally pleased and can't remember when i spent money this well."

  • Ingrid H. September 6

"Although Ive been bowling a long time, I had my first lesson ever from Paul. He easily diagnosed several issues in my game, and I understood how and why those specific issues had a negative effect. I appreciate that Paul didn’t try to totally revamp what I was doing, but rather helped me to capitalize on the good while working toward making a change for the better in a couple areas."

"I enjoyed learning from paul and He is very understanding."

  • Carla F. October 13

"I greatly appreciate the lesson Paul gave to my son, Christopher, who is 9 years old. Paul is very understanding and did not rush through the lesson. He spoke to Christopher in terms he could understand and broke down the game step by step. Christopher's game has improve tremedously and we look forard to another lesson in the near futue."

He video taped me, we discussed good mechanics, reviewed tapes of professional bowlers, and I was amazed at some of poor bowling techniques I had. Paul recommended adjustments that weren't hard to correct after a few frames of practice. Paul's advice has really proved to be of great help to my bowling game!!....Thanks Paul Darian Rolle "

"I have been working on improving my bowling game a lot lately, but I felt as though I had gone as far as I could go without additional training. After some searching on the Internet I came across Paul's name as a bowling instructor in Atlanta. I gave Paul a call and he quickly responded with some options for us to schedule a session. Today I completed my first session with Paul and I am eagerly awaiting my next lesson. Paul was very professional. He used video to show me the bad things, and the good, in every part of my game. He pointed out some fundamental things that I could quickly work on to notice an immediate change in my game. My lesson was everything I expected and more. Paul went above and beyond to make sure I understood all of the concepts he was explaining to me. He also left me with some skill drills to use during practice. Overall an excellent experience. I recommend anyone seeking a bowling trainer to use Paul. "

  • Jason M. November 5

"Paul was very patient and helped me with many of the issues I was having with consistency. I am starting to apply the techniques he taught me and after 3 games of practice I have noticed that I hit my mark far more consistently than I have ever done before. The new release is giving me trouble but I'm sure this will help my game over time. Paul was able to diagnose and give me tips to solve my 2 biggest problems which are footwork and finishing position."

  • Devo T. December 5

"I have had a couple of coaches previous to going to Paul and was concerned with having introduce someone to my game and wait a few lessons to see any beneficial results. Luckily I was mistaken about having to wait and am very glad I decided to go to Paul. He broke down my game so simply and showed me some things to improve that make perfect sense. I am very excited with the insight I have gained so far and look forward to my future lessons and bowling more efficiently. I strongly recommend Paul to anyone wishing to improve their game."

  • Don F. January 18

"Paul's assessment of the issues in my current approach and delivery were clearly apparent through videos he made during my lesson. He explained corrective action in easily understood steps and provided training tips to assist me during practice. Thank you Paul."

  • Michael S. January 21

"Mr. Paul was very patient, i was able to clearly see my areas of challenge. i highly recommend him."

  • Donald M. January 25

"Paul took the time to focus on my game, and give me specific activities I can perform to improve. Aside from that he also helped set up my practice sessions so that I can specifically work on one thing at a time. It was a pleasure to not get pummeled by ideas. Instead I was given clear actions with measurable results which will allow me to progress. I recommend you work with Paul if you want to improve your game."

  • Daniel F. March 4

"Starting off before I even thought about a lesson i spoke with Paul H. about bowling.Right off the jump i knew that he knew what he was doing, very knowledgeable about the sport. The session pretty much smooth out some of my ruff egdes and taking what i learned into practice ive finally gotten back into rhythm and things aren't as bad at all anymore .Thanks for helping me achieve that and stride towards new heights."

  • Doug P. March 15

"I was a casual bowler, bowling once or twice per year for 30+ years. I joined a "for fun" league about a year ago and bought equipment. I took an informal lesson from one of the guys hanging around the lanes, and over the past year my scores improved then stagnated. I knew it was time for some more instruction. I was checking out the pro shop in Tucker when spoke with Paul. After our conversation, I booked a lesson for the next day. At the start, Paul asked me what I wanted out of the lesson - what part of my game I wanted to work on. For me, it was the basics. I hadn’t had any formal lessons since I was a teenager. Paul sent me to the lanes to bowl where he observed, took video, and made notes. After he had seen enough, we sat down and talked and analyzed the video. Paul's style is great; he will explain what he sees, make sure you understand, and then make recommendations for improvement. His explanations are clear and he focuses on one thing at a time. I left the lesson with a short list of exercises and/or items to practice, which I completely understood. I liked Paul’s coaching style and felt the time and money for the lesson was well spent. I went to the lanes to practice the next day, and by the fourth game I was hitting my marks with more consistency. I feel like the more I practice Paul’s suggestions, the better bowler I will become. I would recommend Paul Hammett to anyone looking to improve their game."

  • Brian F. March 17

"If I could give Mr. Hammett another star, I'd give him five more. That is how good of a coach he is. And as a 50-year veteran of the sport, he should be. I've known Paul for two years now, and he has helped my game more in that short period of time than I was supposed to get at four years with the Kegel Training Center. He teaches the fundamentals as every coach should, but he doesn't turn you into a clone; he helps you personalize your A-game. Within the short period of time I have trained under Paul, I can add more side roll to the ball when needed, my swing does not loop out as much, and my early timing is not so early these days. He and I have a wonderful relationship, so if I want to have my game checked up or need any help, I can always go to him. If you're in the Metro-Atlanta area and looking to improve your game, you BETTER give Paul a visit. Now that I have a little more free time, I will be giving him a headache."
