I am a Holistic Health Counselor. I specialize in helping food allergy sufferers as well as those on specialty diets (such as anti-candida). I am also a PAC (Protect Allergic Children) consultant. I received my training from the ELL (Eat Live Learn) Foundation. I am trained to assist families, schools, daycare centers in their quest to thrive in an allergy safe environment..

I have assisted food allergy sufferers, celiacs, diabetics, hypoglycemics and thyroid patients. I like to call my clients eclectic eaters as some eat free of sugar, eggs, dairy, peanuts or gluten. Think of me as your food allergy coach. Some clients need help with menu planning or conquering cravings.
