Nathan Ramos

I am 18 years old and am attending Columbia International University. Parkour is a passion of mine. I have been practicing it for only two years, but I have learned fairly quickly. I have a team with two other people. I also got together with another team in the area and we formed a large group of people interested in parkour, freerunning, tricking, and breakdancing. We always meet as a group at a local gym on Wednesday nights, where the gym has allowed us two hours to practice and teach. I hope to instruct parkour in the future as part of a ministry. I already have students and many of them are improving well. The thing about parkour is that the instructor only a little of the teaching. It is up to the student to overcome fear and learn by practice.
