Ron Smalley

I started painting in 1967 and studied under many highly qualified instructors while developing my watercolor skills. A major breakthrough occured when I found an instructor who emphasized the Seven Major Elements of creating interesting art. After that experience I found that I was able to win awards in juried art shows and I started teaching those principles to my students. Now, I am offering enthusiastic artists a critique service at low cost to help them improve their art work. I am qualified to deal with most 2-D mediums including watercolor, acrylic, pastel, colored pencil and the like.
