"I met Genevieve through one of my clients. I requested her services rather than jump right into a Yoga class, because I had been experiencing back discomfort and a loss of flexibility. I am 66, but still working and physically active. I wanted my posture and flexibility to be at their peak but needed extra guidance. Genevieve is so knowledgeable about what areas to target and what movements will work for the target. Genevieve's manner is gentle, and she works with me to encourage that extra stretch without pushing me past my abilities. Her therapeutic touch adds to the posture.
