  "I studied with Lee as an 11 year old complete beginner in Berlin, Germany. He was my first and still most influential dance teacher. His Barre made me incredibly strong and well balanced and his center is lyrical, beautiful, yet athletic. I have since had many dance teachers and have gone on to become a professional Modern Dancer. Other teachers here in New York City have commented on how clean my technique is and assume that I have had more Ballet training than I actually did. What I learned from Lee has stayed with me all these years. I became a dancer because of him. He taught me hard work, focus and love for classical dance, all while being funny, caring and inspiring. "
