Having changed job role, career, location (city, country, continent) and industry on several occasions, I now apply all the knowledge and experience gained to helping people as they seek to evaluate their own career lives.
I am trained as an outdoor instructor, particularly in hillwalking, mountain biking, sailing and climbing but also hold a certificate in life coaching. I have practiced both separately for many years and now combine the two.
Having been born and brought up in Scotland, I know the importance of beautiful outdoor locations for inspiring deep thinking and want to share that with anyone I work with.
