Nicholas Breymaier

Since my first experiences with Yoga and Meditation I have felt alot of contentment, peace and clarity. From my own experience I understand how much this can help improve the daily life. Later on I discovered Ayurveda and how esoteric, yet accurate it is. My interests grew reading Deepak Chopras "Perfect Health", and I decided to study Ayurvedic therapies in India.
