I am a lighting designer for architecture and the arts, with a special expertise in landscape lighting. You can visit my lighting blog at http://blog.ngdesign.net. I love Spinning because it keeps me fit and is stressless, compared with my "real" job! I'm very conscious of music selection, and mix all of my own rides to be seamless progressions from one terrain to the next. I enjoy teaching all fitness levels.
