Shannon McBride

I am a Music Education and an Early Childhood Education major at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. I am a senior at The Dana School of Music, which has been rated in the top 10 music schools in the country. I study with Dr. Kathrine Umble and I sit third chair and piccolo in the Dana Concert Band. I have been playing flute for 13 years, Piccolo for 8 years and Piano for 10 years. I am also versed in music theory and have taken 4 semesters of it. I am new to the teaching field but I am excited to teach others what gives me so much joy!
