  "Lesley gives the kind of personalized instruction that every Pilates students should have. She pays close attention to your specific body type, and walks you through the best exercises for you. Lesley provides a challenging workout--the kind where you really feel better about your strength and flexibility after you're done. She made me realize that Pilates is the kind of exercise that will benefit me my whole life. Also, her studio is equipped with every type of Pilates equipment, so she can offer a variety of exercises. The space is also very private and peaceful."
