Sheila Starr began dancing with the usual ballet, tap and jazz. At 11 years old she discovered Polynesian dance (hula, Tahitian...) and a fuse was lit, sparking her love of ethnic dance. Over the years she's added everything from Afro Caribbean to ballet to hip hop, modern to cabaret dancing.

But she makes you feel comfortable and teaches you how to use your womanly talents, curves and personality and turn them into a beautiful artistic expression.
