A typical session for beginers will consist of teaching simple steps, review of form, different grip techniques, finding the right disc and plastic for your natural throw style (IE: fore hand, back hand). I will even show you where to best place to buy discs in the area are or what online site is the best to buy from!

"In Colorado I played disc golf with the Betterist and he coached me on the objective of the game, the rules, steps and simplifying the throws.
