I became interested in fitness in 2000 after losing 85 pounds. I loved the way I felt after a workout...energized, strong & healthy! After getting certified and working in several fitness arenas, I opened my own Pilates studio in 2006. I have a passion for fitness and thrive on seeing others meet their goals in fitness & health more than anything! My clients are my greatest reward! Building relationships thru a healthy, fun, positive atmosphere!

"I've worked out with personal trainers in past, usually in gym setting, and got results. Though, I never really felt comfortable there. The noise, the sweaty machines, the monotony of the exercises. I dreaded going, stopped completely, and reagained the weight. A friend of mine encouraged me to give Pilates at the Mill a try. She'd been going all summer and just loved the spa like atmosphere, the instructors, and the people who attend classes. So I did. I've been attending classes on average of 3 to 5 days per week! for the last 6 months! I love the variety of mat classes, Pilates, TRX, and Zumba, (although I have 2 left feet), and I've lost over 25 pounds! The best part are the instructors! Even though I might be taking a group class, there is still indiviual coaching if I lose my posture. Michelle has truly made working out fun, and I'm always looking forward to my next class! This is truly the best investment that I've ever made! I look forward to being a client for years to come."

"I have been taking classes with Michelle for 4 years and I never get tired of her classes. The classes are always challenging me in new ways. I feel stronger than ever. Although I partake in group classes, I feel as though I get very individual attention so that I get the most from my workout.
