Besides being a Health Coach I'm a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher. I wasn't always into health and wellness. I struggled...I would find myself in a recipe rut and get lazy about putting nutritious foods in my body or I would eat because I was bored. I frequently had low energy. But when I started working with a health coach she showed me simple ways to make better decisions, try new things, be clearer and have more energy...and she held me to it! All while not being 100% "good" all the time!
