Matthew Caffrey

Clarinetist Matthew Caffrey is currently accepting clarinet students at all levels, beginners through advanced high school. Matthew is an accomplished musician with over 15 years playing experience and has been offering private clarinet instruction for the past five.

In addition to his private instruction, Matthew's accomplishments include principal clarinetist of: Orange County School of the Arts Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra, the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra, the CSUF Symphonic Winds, and the Corona Symphony Orchestra. Matthew is also currently a member of the Symphonic Winds of the Pacific and Orange County Wind Symphony, semi professional wind ensembles.

Although Matthew thoroughly enjoys performing, he derives his greatest pleasure working with young musicians. With his outgoing and enthusiastic attitude, he creates an environment where the students want to learn and improve. Students will feel comfortable with Matthew starting with the very first lesson.
