  "Martha has an incredible knowledge base about Fletchers Pilates. There is always something new in every class. In a short time she has really increased my strength and flexibility. She has all the equipment in her private studio. I love the fact that it is truly one on one. No one else is in the studio during our sessions. There seems to be no end to new material. Martha pays strict attention and always suggests a way for me to get more out of every exercise. Taking a pilates group class does not begin to compare. I highly recommend her!"

  "Martha is a a great teacher, she is always looking at my form and helping me do the exercises correctly. She also has a great sense of humor so the classes are fun. I have gotten so much stronger since I stated seeing her. I no longer have lower back pain and I'm sure it comes from the muscle tone I've developed. It is also nice to drive to Montara and see the ocean! "
