"I can't believe how much fun I had during this class! The entire class gets so into the music and the routine that it seems like a big dance party. It truly didn't feel like I was working out until the last 10 minutes, but that's because it was my first time! Mario also keeps the moves simple enough for anyone to keep up! I can't wait to do this again and get more of my friends to do it with me.

"This class is AMAZING! It's definitely the most intense cardio I've ever done (well, maybe kickboxing comes close), and it's so much fun!
You're wearing these special shoes, called Kangoos, that are like ski boots will mini-trampolines on the bottom, and they allow you to do the bouncing and hopping that makes this workout so intense, without killing your joints.
Mario keeps the choreography easy to follow, and really, no one's worried about looking cute anyway. Everyone was just having a blast, whether the music was playing or not. (It's really hard to resist hopping around on the shoes.)
It's one of those workouts that's addictive - you'll want to do it everyday. Beyond the Kangoos and the music, Mario is really engaging, making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome, and he gets you hyped up again if you feel your energy start to drop.
This is definitely something you should try at least once, but once you HOP, you won't want to stop!"
