I am a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a USA Triathlon Coach (2009), a USA Track & Field Coach (2012) and a US Masters Swim Coach (2013). Helping people of all ages and abilities accomplish their athletic goals whether it is to learn how to swim or to complete their first triathlon is what I enjoy and I happen to be pretty good at it.
I believe that with good communication between coach and athlete with a solid mix of dedication and hard work every athlete will be successful.
Personally I have been swimming since age 5 and kept going all the way through college where I competed for Division III Stevens Tech and was captain my senior year. I started doing triathlon when I was 16 as a young beach lifeguard and have been racing strong for over 10 years now. I also enjoy the occasional off beat race such as an adventure race or open water swim.

"I have been working with Marc to improve my swim technique in preparation for a Triathlon. Marc is an incredibly effective coach, succinctly and clearly articulating what needs to happen in order to get you where you need to be. In only a few short sessions, my overall technique has improved and my endurance has increased – the primary goals we set out to achieve. Marc is also an incredibly positive individual, which has such a significant impact on the outcome of these sessions. I highly recommend him as a coach. "

"Marc is an outstanding triathlon coach. He brings his vast knowledge and personal experience to his coaching. I had only ever swam, and he worked on my weaknesses in running and biking. He helped me in my first sprint triathlon and eventually to competing in a half ironman which I never thought I could accomplish. I have a crazy schedule and he works around that, catering work outs to my lifestyle and ability. "
